The Long Road to Medical Success of Dr. Alddo Molinar

The American Dream may not have the mystique it once did, but Dr. Alddo Molinar is making sure his story inspires others. For as long as he can remember, Dr. Molinar wanted to be a physician. Among the reasons for his determination to join the medical field, overall as an specialized anesthesiologist, was the loss of his grandparents to cancer. Alongside the suffering his family saw during his childhood, Alddo Molinar has always felt a sense of community. The dream of the physician is to fight against disease to create a better life for his patients.

The family has always played a pivotal role in the life and career of Dr. Alddo Molinar. His family were immigrants from Mexico and pushed the young Alddo Molinar to create a better future for himself. Alddo Molinar was the first member of his family to become a U.S. citizen and believed he owed it to his family to achieve a successful professional career. The loss of his grandmother was a turning point in the life of the young Alddo Molinar as he watched her fight a losing battle against cancer (Vitals).

 

After settling on a medical career, Dr. Molinar set out to find the perfect role for himself. The role he has settled on is that of the Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at East Ohio Regional Hospital. The physician is also the President of Molinar Anesthesia Consultants, where he continues to fight for the rights of his patients. Alddo Molinar credits his family with the initial inspiration to become a physician. His inspiration has changed over the years, a wife and two children inspire the doctor to continue his success. The reliance on family may seem old-fashioned but Alddo Molinar is far from stuck in the past. Instead, he is looking at the use of artificial intelligence as the next ground-breaking technology he is incorporating into his medical career.
